[ANN]Info3G.net暂时关闭

因为info3g.net这个域名没有备案（也不打算备案），不想连累朋友的主机，遂暂时关闭Info3G，待另行寻觅一符合要求的国外主机空间再开放，给朋友们带来不便，请谅解。
